Whatever you do, you are to glorify God's name!

NIV Colossians 3:17 And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.

Today, take the challenge to say yes to God. From time to time, God speaks to us through many channels, via bible verses, our friends and family or Holy Spirit's little voice. 

Though things may not be what we are expected, we still say yes to Him and walk our life journeys according to His will. Just as it was said in NIV Colossians 3:17 "And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him."

Whatever we do, do it to the glory of God.

As we are walking in fellowship with God, we will need to love other people as ourselves. That includes people that are adorable and people you hate. We are the living proof for God on the earth, if we claim to love the Lord with all our hearts, souls and minds, we will need to love our neighbors as well despite what kind of people they are or what have they done on us. This is a really hard part to do, but it is one of the examples to apply Colossians 3:17 to our lives. 

Heavenly father, thank you for giving us the chance to work for your Glory. Let your word dwell among us richly and give us the confidence to say yes to your commands. We prayed in Jesus' Holy name, Amen!
