Immanuel!

NIV Matthew 1:23 The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel (which means "God with us")

Are you results-driven people? Or you are the people who enjoy the process of work?  When we read the successful person stories on paper, it is prevailing for us to see the eye-catching headlines written on what achievement the person has attained. People tend to weigh more on results and achievements than the process-in other words, what have the person done or experienced before he/she succeeded. 

We all know that there are tears and rains in our lives, we may doubt that why do we always float up and down in the boundless sea of suffering? There is a promise from God when Jesus was born:  NIV Matthew 1:23 "The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel (which means "God with us")". When we are walking on the heavenly road, there can be all kinds of ups and downs popping up in life. But our blessing from God is that He will never leave us and His presence gives us comfort, strength, insight and direction. 

Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for your presence to enrich our life journey and make detours rich and colorful. Let us deeply experience the presence of you every day and night by remembering that the name of the Savior is Emmanuel.We prayed in your son's Holy name, Amen!
