How are you today? Hope all of you are well. Today’s scripture is 1 Peter 5:10 "And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast."
Jesus went through lots of trials, He endured the pain via His prayer to heavenly Father. When we suffer for God, God will show His mercy and power through our weakness and help us build a closer relationship with Him.
In the oil refinery industry, the raw crude oil will be brought out from the well and then transported to the oil refinery for processing. It will go through the fractional distillation to produce different products eg. gasoil, diesel and bitumen etc. Some by-products like plastics, petrochemicals and cosmetics can be made after further processing. In our lives, refining is the best way for God to perfect us. Only through refining and painful trials, people can express true love for God in their hearts.
Dear father, thank you for taking us to trials in our lives. May us be blessed with strength and courage to overcome them and we know that you will fight the battles for us coz they are your battles, not ours. In Jesus' name, Amen.
