NIV Luke 16:10 Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much.
Our God is a progressive God, He loves to complete His plan step by step. So does our faith. NIV Luke 16:10 "Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much." God will give us the simplest task to deal with first if we can complete it with faith. We will jump to the next level of both challenges and spiritual maturity.
Before God can give us more blessings, He will make sure we have the ability to do our "manager" job better. Just like the Parable of the money managers, if we are dishonest with very little eg. 10 dollars, how could our master trust in us and give us 1000 dollars to manage.
Brothers and sisters, we need to be faithful in doing the little things for God in order to be trusted with much.
Lord, thank you for your teaching on little faith and trust. Help us to be honest on every little thing and grow in faith for doing a better job for you as "Managers". In Jesus' name, Amen!
