Have you ever experienced the power of follow-through? Take a simple example in our daily lives, we trust in the traffic light system and the regulation in the world, so when the light turns green, we will cross the road. And when the light turns red, we will stop walking and let the cars pass through. What we do is simply trust and obey. Indeed, God wants us to have a pure heart and simply trust and obey Him!
It is hard for us to ignore the tangibles and fix our eyes on the intangible blessing and protection from God. But Abraham and Sarah provided good examples on trusting God's intangible blessing, it was written in NIV Hebrews 11:11 And by faith, even Sarah, who was past childbearing age, was enabled to bear children because she considered him faithful who had made the promise.
Dear Heavenly Father, thank you for your unfailing promises. Strengthen our faith and give us hope when we are down. Lord, we need your presence every day and night. We prayed in your son's Holy Name, Amen!
