When the situation around us turns bad, it is easy for us to lose hope. Jeremiah 29:11 "For I know the plans I have for you, declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." encourage us to stay with God even though we don't see a bright future at the moment, but God is in control and He has plans for us to prosper us and not to harm us.
Jeremiah 17:7 "But blessed is the one who trusts in the LORD, whose confidence is in Him." After praying, if we still worry about the worldly stuff, that means we have not completely left that to God and which will further mean we don't trust in Him!
Repent now and admit our weakness in front of Him, have confidence in Him coz He is a merciful living God, nothing is too heavy for Him to lift it up!
Father in heaven, thank you for your blessings on us. We trust in you and know you have plans to prosper us. Stand by us and let us have hope in life. Amen!
