No one likes sadness and suffering, but sometimes it is good for us to learn God's love on us from them. Ecclesiastes 7:2 "It is better to go to a house of mourning than to go to a house of feasting, for death is the destiny of everyone, the living should take this to heart.", the wise writer told us it is better to go to the sad body instead of joyful parties coz the sadness can bring us close to death.
NIV John 12:24-25 "Very truly I tell you, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies, it produces many seeds. Anyone who loves their life will lose it, while anyone who hates their life in this world will keep it for eternal life." tells us death can bring life. We need to sacrifice the worldly things and follow God before we can enter into the heaven. Do learn something from your suffering and it can help mature our spirit.
Father in heaven, thank you for giving us a new life after acknowledging Jesus as our savior. Soften our hearts and lead us to walk in your designed path with you. Amen!
