Give to everyone what you owe them!

NIV Romans 13:7 Give to everyone what you owe them: If you owe taxes, pay taxes; if revenue, then revenue; if respect, then respect; if honor, then honor.

The Bible tells us when we are righteous, we are free from fear of the one in the authority. God asked us to obey to the authorities, coz they are established by God. And Romans 13:7 "Give to everyone what you owe them; If you owe taxes, pay taxes; if revenue, then revenue; if respect, then respect; if honor, then honor."  We often tend to reject someone whom we think is against us, especially when they are our supervisor or boss at work. But God told us, they are chosen by Him to govern us at work. No matter you think how good or bad they are, they are the one picked by our almighty God!

I know it is hard to obey to someone we dislike and someone looks irrational or demanding, but I have to tell you, we are not working for human being, we are at work for God! All the feelings on the authorities comes from our own judgement, if we apply judgement on others, we become the judge of the world! No, we are just servants of God who temporarily live in the world, we will have final judgement by God when the day comes. Pray for the people you dislike and you will change yourself by not to judge others. Repent now if you did not do it.

Father, thank you for forgiving our sins in the past and let us have the ability to work and live on the earth. Remind us all the time not to judge others so that we can have a peaceful heart to follow your instruction and preach your Gospel. We prayed in your Holy son's name. Amen!
