Show me your ways, Lord!

NIV Psalm 25:4 Show me your ways, Lord, teach me your paths

When facing challenges in life, we may be frustrated by people and circumstances around us. Indeed, it is good timing to reflect and come back to God. We will pray to seek God's guidance and direction like what is said in NIV Psalm 25:4 "Show me your ways, Lord, teach me your paths." coz it is our comfort from God that His guidance will always lead us to prosperity and rest. 

How many times we have insisted on walking on our own will and ignore the Holy Spirit's warnings. We will end up going astray, suffering from pain, or falling into temptations and evil traps as worldly wisdom can never beat Godly wisdom. NIV Proverbs 3:5-6 "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding, in all your ways submit to Him and He will make your paths straight." 

Lord, thank you for making our paths straight whenever we submit ourselves to you. Give us wisdom from you so that we can distinguish right from wrong and refrain from falling into evil's traps. Amen!
