NIV Psalm 112:6 Surely the righteous will never be shaken, they will be remembered forever.
An old saying about money: Money is a necessary evil. Lacking always results in fear, some people believe that having the abundance mindset can help solve the problem. But if their sense of security and happiness in life originate from the stock market, job, or relationship, those things will become their master of life. When we have a firm foundation on God, we will fix our eyes on God no matter what our current circumstances are.
NIV Psalm 112:6 "Surely the righteous will never be shaken, they will be remembered forever." Our hearts won't be led astray, we will not be affected by the "bad news" around us. Come back to God and repent if you have placed your hope in money before God. NIV Matthew 6:24 "No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money."
Lord, thank you for being our firm foundation in faith. No matter what is our current circumstances, you have promised to be with us. Help us fix our eyes on you and leave our burdens in front of you so that we can have "worry-free" lives. In Jesus' name, Amen!
