Continue in Christ!

NIV 1 John 2:28 And now, dear children, continue in Him, so that when He appears we may be confident and unashamed before Him at His coming.

Are you living in insecurity, shame, fear and misery now? Even though we have lots of belongings in the world, our innermost insecurity drives us to live in anxiety. But God told us in NIV 1 John 2:28 "And now, dear children, continue in Him, so that when He appears we may be confident and unashamed before Him at His coming."

How can we accomplish God's command to be blameless? With Jesus' help, we should now know how to love our enemies and pray for those who persecute us. Follow Jesus and live in Christ by working with the Holy Spirit dwelt in us. It is God who works in us to will and to act to fulfill His good purpose!

Father, thank you for teaching us to be like Christ. Let us live in Christ and have the Holy Spirit work with us to fulfill your purpose of our life. In your son's victorious Name we prayed, Amen!
