NIV Leviticus 5:17 If anyone sins and does what is forbidden in any of the Lord’s commands, even though they do not know it, they are guilty and will be held responsible.
How many times when we ignore the Holy Spirit's little voice and sin against God? Sometimes we think no one knows it, so we rationalize ourselves in sinning against God again and again. But the bible told us in NIV Leviticus 5:17 "If anyone sins and does what is forbidden in any of the Lord's commands, even though they do not know it, they are guilty and will be held responsible." For everything we did, we are liable. Even we sinned against God without our reconciliation of guilt, we will still be liable for it.
When we indulged ourselves in sinning against God, we were driven away from God's protection. But God will do everything to win us back from the evil's hands because He loves us. Temptation offers temporary happiness and fulfillment to our lives, it will eventually lead us to a dead end. Come back to God and ask for His forgiveness for our known and unknown sin today.
Lord, thank you for your salvation. We are so weak that we can't live our life without you. Help us to repent for our known and unknown sins and strengthen our faith in you. We prayed in Jesus' Holy Name, Amen!
