Jesus-the Messiah

NIV Hebrews 1:3 The Son is the radiance of God's glory and the exact representation of His being, sustaining all things by His powerful word. After He had provided purification for sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven.

Jesus, the son of God came down to the earth 2020 years ago, He is the promised Messiah mentioned in the scriptures. John the Baptist said Jesus is the one who baptizes with the Holy Spirit, Jesus is the highest priest in the world. He sacrificed Himself at the cross to redeem sinners. NIV Hebrews 1:3 "The Son is the radiance of God's glory and He exact representation of His being, sustaining all things by His powerful word. After He had provided purification for sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty in heaven."

Jesus' perfect imagine is described as God's glory in human form, He is the reflection of God. His status is greater than the Angel and all others as He is the Holy son of God who sits down at the right hand of God. In Christ, we have hope and faith in eternal life.

Lord, thank you for telling us Jesus is the Messiah. While we are awaiting His second coming, help us to hold fast to your word and stand firm in acting on your Gospel. We prayed in Jesus' Holy Name, Amen.
