Christ is the culmination of the law!

 

NIV Romans 10:4 Christ is the culmination of the law so that there may be righteousness for everyone who believes.

In Paul's letter to the churches of Galatia, he said Jesus' salvation broke the curse of the law. See NIV Galatians 3:10 "For all who rely on the works of the law are under a curse, as it is written: "Cursed is everyone who does not continue to do everything written in the Book of the Law." We live in God's grace instead of law!

Paul also said in NIV Romans 10:4 "Christ is the culmination of the law so that there may be righteousness for everyone who believes." Jesus fulfilled the law by letting the Holy Spirit dwell in us and help us obey God's laws and instructions. Christians need to follow the spiritual principles of the law by doing good and serving God!

Father, thank you for sending Jesus to be the culmination of the law so that there may be righteousness for everyone who believes. With His help, we have been forgiven for our sins. Thank you for your mercy and grace on us. Amen!
