Seek for Godly wisdom!

NIV 1 King 3:28 When all Israel heard the verdict the king had given, they held the king in awe, because they saw that he had wisdom from God to administer justice.

I am sure that we are all familiar with the story of Solomon makes a difficult decision: Two women were claiming themselves the mother as of a baby, one woman's son died, and she took away another woman's living son and claimed him hers. Solomon pretended to cut the baby in two, one of the women came out and asked Solomon not to kill him. Finally, Solomon judged that this is the real mother of the baby.

NIV 1 King 3:28 When all Israel heard the verdict the king had given, they held the king in awe, because they saw that he had wisdom from God to administer justice. King Solomon is the wisest man in the Bible, and people were amazed by Solomon's wise judgment. But we should know that his wise is from God's grace, not by his work.

Heavenly Father, thank you for teaching us to pray for Godly wisdom. With King Solomon's story, help us learn how to use wisdom from you to help solve our daily problems to glorify your name. We prayed in Jesus' victorious name, Amen!
