Happy new year! Many of us will have New Year's resolutions, planning for achieving some goals in 2021. Some of them are easily attainable and the rest of them may be hard-to-achieve items. No matter what we want to do in 2021, we should seek God first.
NIV 1 Chronicles 29:12 "Wealth and honor come from you; you are the ruler of all things. In your hands are strength and power to exalt and give strength to all." We should bear in mind that God is our creator, He is wise, faithful, Almighty, merciful, graceful, promise-keeping, and eternal. He rules everything in the world and knows every thought in our minds. We should seek His direction before planning what to do and follow His instruction so that we can walk in the right direction.
Lord, thank you for giving us a new start today. Give us wisdom from you so that we can understand your plan for us in the coming year. Help us walk with Holy Spirit and Christ to glorify your name in everything we do in our life. We prayed in Jesus' precious name, Amen!
