In the book of Genesis, Cain killed his brother Abel for numerous reasons: Jealousy, hatred, anger, and fear. NIV Proverbs 10:12 Hatred stirs up conflict, but love covers over all wrongs. All disputes originate from hatred in the heart and that caused Cain to cruelly murder his brother.
But Jesus sacrificed for our sins on the cross out of love, He asked God to forgive those people who accused Him. Jesus' love covered over all wrongs including those people who hate Him and falsely accused Him. If you hate someone or something, try to pray for the one with love and you will be released from the curse of hatred.
Father, thank you for your love. Hatred is the origin of conflicts and sins, we should learn from Jesus how to love our enemies because He teaches us love can cover over all wrongs. We prayed in Jesus' victorious name. Amen!
