NIV Isaiah 30:18 Yet the Lord longs to be gracious to you; therefore he will rise up to show you compassion. For the Lord is a God of justice. Blessed are all who wait for him!
Waiting for God can be an opportunity to build up our faith even though it requires persistence and patience. When we are in trials or facing temptation, we tend to rely on human strength and solutions to meet our needs and solve the "problems". Indeed, Jesus went through the same trials and temptation in the wilderness, but He fixed His eyes on God and won over His flesh's desires.

Most of the time, we think that we are waiting for God to make things happen, but the truth is God is waiting for us to complete His plan! God's love for us will never change and we can trust Him fully.
Father Lord, thank you for transforming us. Calm us when we are fearful, fill us with the Holy Spirit and do what only you can. We prayed in Jesus' victorious name, Amen!
