Yours be done!

NIV Luke 22:42 “Father, if you are willing, take this cup from me; yet not my will, but yours be done.”

How do you know which thoughts or choices are from God? When we are presented with a favorable opportunity, most of us are happy to assume that it must be from God. On the contrary, we will seek God's confirmation on the choices when things are hard.

As human beings, it is normal for us to have more than five thousand thoughts a day. When we are confused, we can learn from Jesus in NIV Luke 22:42 “Father, if you are willing, take this cup from me; yet not my will, but yours be done.”

Heavenly Father, thank you for accepting our imperfection all the time. Father, thy will be done, let us complete your plan instead of ours. Help us understand you more during the Easter break and learn from Jesus' scarification. We prayed in Jesus' Holy Name, Amen!
